Something about Nukes

It's cool to have nukes in the game, but I've spot some problems. Anybody can use it all the time if they have a lot of money. Also, in real life, nukes can also make radioactive waste that spread around the world, and this can affect your troops and your enemies as well. I say it should be more realistic.

Radiation is already built into the background, I just haven't enabled it yet. I try to make sure I make changes and additions gradually and I just added a new feature yesterday. It's coming though.

Edit: Thought I should mention that nukes are structured in a way that they're sort of an end-game thing. You won't see any until one or two players are really wealthy and hold many countries. Sort of brings the combat to a new level.
